Bullfights in Las Vegas has failed

Spain. – The attempt to mount bloodless bullfights in Las Vegas has failed. Bull killers such as ‘El Juli’ and Francisco Rivera have changed their minds about participating in the spectacle. It is supposed that they came under pressure from the Spanish bullfighting world, which is very worried by the fact that well known matadors were taking part in this type of spectacle. Don Bull, organizer of the bullfights, insists that there is still a possibility of more of these spectacles in the future in spite of the minimal success of the events. Of 4,400 available seats only around 500 were filled, that is to say that scarcely 11 % of the places were taken. Moreover, even of these 500 the majority of places were taken by people from this same bullfighting industry.
